FCL OR LCL
Which booking fits your cargo
The first question on any road move. If you are not sure which one you need, send the volume and the lane, and we will work it out from there.
Full truckload (FTL)
You take the whole truck. The right call when your cargo fills most of a trailer, or when you would rather it moved without other consignments on board.
- Standard, box, and flatbed trailers
- Loaded at origin, sealed until destination
- Booked per truck, not per pallet
- Fewer handling points, so fewer things to go wrong
Rule of thumb: once you are past roughly half a trailer, a dedicated truck is usually the simpler booking.
Less than truckload (LTL)
You share the truck with other shippers. Sensible for smaller loads, where waiting to fill a trailer would hold your stock longer than consolidating it does.
- Priced per pallet, cubic metre, or weight, whichever is greater
- Consolidation and deconsolidation handled for you
- Suits repeat replenishment runs between larger loads
- More stops along the route, and we tell you where
Rule of thumb: for a few pallets on a shared lane, consolidating is usually the practical route.
WHAT WE HANDLE
What we handle on every road move
Booking the truck is the easy part. Road freight comes apart at the border, the port gate, and the handover at each end. Those are the parts we own.
Port-to-warehouse haulage
Container drayage from the port to your door, with the pickup timed against the free time on the box so it moves before storage charges start.
Cross-border road documentation
The paperwork for the Malaysia, Singapore, and Thailand crossings prepared and checked, with the declaration coordinated on both sides of the border.
Load matching, FTL and LTL
We match your cargo to the right truck and, for part loads, to a consolidation running your lane, so you are not paying for space you do not use.
Tied to the sea or air leg
When the road leg follows a sea or air booking, it stays one shipment with one set of updates, not a separate job you have to chase.
COVERAGE
Lanes we run into and out of
Road coverage across Peninsular Malaysia and the two land crossings we run most. Where a sea or air leg meets the road, we plan both legs together rather than as separate bookings.
KLANG VALLEY AND CENTRAL
Port Klang and KL warehouses
Shah Alam, Klang, Petaling
Port Klang and KL warehouses Shah Alam, Klang, Petaling
JOHOR AND THE SINGAPORE CROSSING
Johor Bahru and Pasir Gudang
Tuas and Woodlands crossings
Worth planning early when your cargo or buyer sits across the Causeway.
NORTH AND THE THAILAND CROSSING
Penang and Kulim corridor
Bukit Kayu Hitam crossing
Padang Besar crossing
The Thailand lanes, coordinated the same way with longer lead times to plan around.
Road onward from any port
A sea or air leg into Malaysia and a road leg into Singapore or Thailand stays one booking, one set of documents, and one person to call.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What people ask before they book a road move
Straight answers on transit times, the border crossings, documents, and what happens when a truck is held.
Not sure FTL or LTL?
Send the volume and the lane, even rough figures. We will tell you whether a full truck or a shared load makes sense for this move before you commit to anything.
How long does cross-border trucking take from Malaysia?
It depends on the lane and the crossing. We put a realistic door-to-door window in the quote with the border wait built in, rather than a best case that ignores the queue at Tuas or Bukit Kayu Hitam.
